Our gated community features six identical cliffside villas overlooking the majestic Pickwick Lake, ensuring both privacy and exclusivity.
Guests enjoy direct stair access to the Lands of Pickwick Marina boat slips, included with every villa rental. Ample parking, including trailer spaces, makes it easy to bring your watercraft and explore the lake. On-site amenities include a swimming pool and spacious outdoor areas perfect for relaxing or entertaining.
Each villa offers three bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms, with private full baths for each bedroom. Thoughtfully designed interiors feature gourmet kitchens with high-end appliances, wood-burning fireplaces, and expansive balconies with grills, fire pit tables, and unobstructed water views. The lower level includes two bedrooms, two baths, a private balcony, and laundry facilities. The loft-style master suite occupies the top floor, complete with a whirlpool tub, separate shower, and double vanities.

Boat Slip

Use of a boat slip in the Lands of Pickwick private and secure Marina accessible directly from your Estate via stairs or a 2 minute drive down the street is included with your stay. This makes getting on and off the water effortless and convenient. Electric & water are provided at each boat slip. Guests may park trailers at the Marina during their stay.
Swimming Pool

The Estates are in a gated community that includes the 6 Estates only. There is a family friendly private swimming pool on site for guest use w/ a projector set up for flicks on floats or to watch sporting events poolside. There are propane BBQ grills, fire pit tables, corn hole, and bathroom/change room in the pool area, great for group gatherings and family fun.
Grill & Fire Pit Tables
Each identical Estate has 3 bedrooms each with its own attached bathroom. They can sleep up to 10 people and are fully equipped w/ a gourmet kitchen, peninsula bar, dining room, living room, washer & dryer, whirlpool tub, 2 balconies one with propane grill and fire pit table (in some Estates) & parking. The Estates offer unrivaled amenities you won’t find most anywhere else in Counce.
White Glove Concierge Services

Happy Hippie provides our guests with white glove concierge services that include stocking the fridge w/ groceries in advance of your arrival, booking pontoons & massage appointments, stocking the boat with your supplies, cleaning the boat after use, delivering take out from local restaurants, and providing rides to and from local restaurants, bars or other destinations (even Memphis Airport).

Because Lakeshore Estates comprise 6 identical accommodations right next door to each other, it makes our property the perfect place for large groups to stay. We welcome corporate retreats, family reunions, wedding parties, school groups, contractors (by the room) making our property unique. You just won’t find accommodations suitable anywhere else in the Pickwick area.
